about

Uncle Roy's Utopian Vision Volume #1 was supposedly lost somewhere between Otley and Swinton. Panic ensued and Volume #2 was conceived and recorded in a morning of frenzied activity as a replacement for the lost tracks. The result is four tracks played with the drum machine in full effect and without the usual condiments offering a different perspective of Moff, more post-punk than Eddodi maybe? Or maybe not.

In any event Volume #1 was eventually found and handed over in a clandestine meeting in a pub in darkest Monton and so came out first. But through happenstance and serendipity what was supposed to be one is now two, which is good.

Moff says you need to read James P. Blaylock to get some of the gist of this (his early stuff not the steampunk) but generally suggests you open your ears and mind to infinite possibilities.
